This act is automatically accepted upon completion of the previous act.
* Equip the ring you got on Act 19-4.
 
* Go to Shinjuku Docks and click on Elevator again to enter in that Egg of Universe Floor.

* Aproach the center of Area to see All Fallen Angels spawn around you again.
 
* Kill them in 10 minutes to proceed.
#Form a party (if needed) and go to Shinjuku Docks. Enter the Elevator again to return to the Egg of Universe Floor.<br>
* Enter in Egg of Universe Room to take your final battle against Seth.

* After finish this act you can buy Creative Security Card with Souma NPC in Shinjuku Docks. This card allows you to enter Distortion Floor from Act 19-4.
* The easiest method to win against [[Vile Seth (Second)]] is to use [[Binal Strike]].
* After completing this act, [[Security Card (Creation)]] will be available at Souma in [[Shinjuku Docks]].
* The choice at the end of the act has no effect on Alignment.

How to Initiate

This act is automatically accepted upon completion of the previous act.

Walkthrough

  1. Form a party (if needed) and go to Shinjuku Docks. Enter the Elevator again to return to the Egg of Universe Floor.
  2. Move towards the center of the area for a final fight against all the Fallen. The time limit is 5 minutes.
    1. The fallen angels that spawn are Illusory Pillar Flauros, Illusory Pillar Ose, Illusory Pillar Orobas, Illusory Pillar Berith, Illusory Pillar Decarabia, Illusory Pillar Eligor, Illusory Pillar Forneus, and Illusory Pillar Andras.
  3. After killing them, apply all buffs that you can and take a deep breath.
  4. Enter the Egg of Universe Room to battle against Vile Seth (Second) The time limit is 10 minutes! If you can't kill him in time, you'll have to fight the Fallen again.
