Plasma drop list

This page is extremely unfinished, if you have anything to add I would really appreciate the help. this list is desinged to show which plasma in each of the areas has what it it, and where to find them. the search radius is determined by picking two oppposite corners of a rectangle on the quadrants of the map and counting away.
