The power of the skill is dependent on their friendship and their alignment.

I'm pretty sure once I had 2 identical demons, one at linked and one at looking to betray, and the linked one had a higher tier transfer skill. Was so long ago it might be my imagination, though. As for alignment... never saw any difference. --Glorienn 14:57, 6 October 2012 (EDT)
