This item can be used by giving it to the Black Frost inside the "Spiral to the Abyss" elevator before it has been started.

Upon doing so, the elevator may be moved to the following floors:

 B19F
 B39F
 B59F
 B79F
 B99F

This item cannot be used after the elevator has been started.
The destination floor cannot be changed after making a choice.
If a party member has already used this item, their choice cannot be overridden.
