Oversleeper Gaian Priest - Ueno [X20:Y15]

Walkthrough
Deliver the Wakeanol to the Oversleeper Gaian Priest (cannot be done simultaneously with the "Lights Out" quest).
Go to the Messian Pharmacist in Arcadia and ask about Wakeanol.
She will mention that they are all out of Wakeanol. You will then have to locate the Insomniac Templar in Shinagawa and talk to him. His location is X19 Y17.
Head back to Arcadia where the Messian pharmicist will give you a free bottle of wakeanol. Every bottle of wakeanol after that will cost 100 macca.
Wakeanol can be used and will clear the "sleep" status ailment from all nearby allies when used.
Deliver the Wakeanol to the Oversleeper Gaian Priest in Ueno.
