Demon Force passives are acquired randomly every time the Benefit Gauge fills completely. When you reach certain levels of items, stronger passives are made available along with the passives previously available. Once a passive is discarded, it can only be acquired again through random chance. The "counter" resets to 0 after reaching 6,000.
