Speed
From Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE Wiki
Speed is the attribute that increases your Ranged stat(Ranged), and therefore your damage output using Shot, Rapid and Magic Bullet skills.
Every 10 points of Speed will also reduce Cooldown and Incantation time by 1.5% for all skills.
