This item can be used by giving it to the Black Frost before the elevator is activated in "Spiral to the Abyss." Upon doing so, the effect "Devotion to a Dark God" will be granted.
While under the effect of "Devotion to a Dark God," the number of Underground Suns obtained is doubled.
