Objectives
- Talk to the Bartender in the Hourai Club in Kakyo Castle to be tasked with finding Tsunagi
- Talk to Higa at X19:Y16 in Ikebukuro East District and Ask about Tsunagi
- Talk to Wen at X20:Y18 in Ikebukuro East District and Ask about Tsunagi
- Talk to Koja (Kosha) at X22:Y16 in Ikebukuro East District and Ask about Tsunagi
- Go back to the Bartender in the Hourai Club.
- Wait a few hours and talk again to the bartender.
- Go back to to Ikebukuro East District at X21:Y17, near the Punk look on the ground in front of a door there is a plush toy tiger. Click on it & enter the base with a Secret Base ID item that you can get from the punks around.
- Find Tsunagi inside and speak with him. This will trigger some Oni. Fight and kill the Oni.
- Exist the room.
- Go back to Hourai Club in Kakyo Castle and talk with the bartender to finish the quest.
