How to Initiate
You can only start this act 8 hours after the completion of act 17.
Speak with the Cerberus in Protopia (X12, Y20) to begin the act.
Walkthrough
- Cerberus will ask you a number of questions. Your replies to him will change the valuable item you received during the last act into a different item. They also affect the route you take in the next Acts and which Plugin you can get during Act 19. (Neutral: Chimera / Law: Gabriel / Chaos: Isis)

- Go talk with Yamamoto in the Shinjuku Babel Control Room.
- Go to the TMG Building in Shinjuku and use the Tablet in the lobby to start a battle against Column Dweller Ose, Column Dweller Orobas and Column Dweller Berith.
- Go back to Yamamoto in the Shinjuku Babel Control Room to finish this Act.
Reward
- 5 million Experience for your character and the valuable item "A-Class DB License".
