- There is no special quest in the area, DB Katori makes an appearance to give you support to help you defeat the Kappa Bully much easier if you want to farm Baby Goldfish K.
Location
Talk to DB Harumi at Home III Camp Ground [X18:Y17] in Suginami and select [Ask about the new COMP function].

Talk to DB Katori in the Virtual Beach and select [Request support] to receive support to your Character by paying certain amount of Macca.
The support stays with you until the time runs out even if you are outside of Virtual Beach.
