• Collect 1 Type 38 Infantry Rifle.
  • Obtainable as a drop from treasure chests in from Nakano Underground Ruins (Bronze).
  • Can be created via the Arms Maker chain expertise.
  • Obtainable from other players.
• Report to Mr. Hakamada. [Important] Make sure you set your Gun Knowledge to the red arrow (unlocked) before reporting back.
