Objectives
- Speak to the Punk located in one of the narrow streets with pink light buildings.
- Head to the wall near Ikebukuro Station saying "池袋駅東口" (X18, Y17, near Chibana and Higa NPC), a message will pop out. Once received the message report back to the punk.
- Head up to the highway to the east (going alongside the whole pink lighted street), go on it and proceed south (going to the right) following the path until you're on the ground again. Turn left still on the highway, then go straight north till the end of the path, and turn right to find a Warp Portal (X27, Y16) and a Punk, you will receive another message. Go back to the Punk requester and report again.
- From your location, head back to Ikebukuro Station and go south alongside it until you reach Meiji Street (X20, Y18) and receive another message.
- Report to the Punk requester.
