How to Initiate
Talk to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed after completing Act 12: Vizionz of the Past.
Description
Once you talk to him you will have the option of going on a commune for the Messians (LAW) or Gaians (CHAOS). After you select the commune you would like to do you receive a pass that will allow you to enter the cathedral in the city you are working for.
If you chose to go to the Messiahs Commune, head to Arcadia. Once you arrive in Arcadia talk to the Knight Templar that is directly behind Knight Templar Hiragi, and he will let you into the cathedral. Speak with Lord Judah and he will give you a plate that you need to take to the Obelisk in Shibuya.

Summary - Messiah Commune
- Talk to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed.
- Set your Homepoint to Shinjuku Babel and pick up a few Traesto Stones (optional)
- Make your way to Arcadia.
- Talk to the Knight Templar and enter the cathedral.
- Talk to Lord Judah and receive Judah's Plate.
- Use a Traesto stone and return to Shinjuku Babel
- Note: You may want to find a party to help you while you are in Babel as the Messiah trial is incredibly difficult to solo.
- Note: The boss of the trials, Seraphim Uriel, is weak to ice so you may want to have your party each purchase around 60 Bufu Stones each. (Yes. Uriel is that tough.)
- Note: Once you talk to the Innocent and enter the spirit realm you will lose your plate, thus, having to go back to Arcadia to get another if you exit the realm.

- If you answered "Yes" for the second question:
- Question: Are you one who desires the resurrection of the Tyrant Lucifer?
- Yes - CHAOS Shift
- No - ? Shift
- If you answered "Peace" on the first question:
- Question: When that times comes, will you cooperate with the Savior as is the will of God?
- I will cooperate - LAW Shift (救世主に協力する)
- I will not - CHAOS Shift (救世主に協力しない)
- If you answered "I will not" for the second question:
- Question: When the time comes, who will you fight for?
- The Devils - CHAOS Shift (悪魔)
- The Commune - No Shift (共同体社会)
- Question: Do you swear to fight for the Millennial Kingdom?
- I swear to do so - LAW Shift (誓う)
- I will not - CHAOS Shift
- After you answer this parallel he will continue to talk and then eventually ask you if will accept to fight for the Millenium Kingdom, accept his offer and receive your reward.
- Talk to Lord Judah and return to Shinjuku Babel and talk to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed for your final reward.

If you chose to go to the Gaian Commune, Head to Souhonzan. Once you arrive in Souhonzan talk to the Gaian Priest that is directly in front of Fu'un Castle, and he will let you into the castle. Speak with Lord Doukan and he will give you a plate that you need to take to the Obelisk in Ichigaya.

Summary - Gaia Commune:
- Talk to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed.
- Set your Homepoint to Shinjuku Babel and pick up a few Traesto Stones (optional)

- Talk to the Gaian Priest and enter the castle.
- Talk to Lord Doukan and receive Doukan's Plate.
- Use a Traesto Stone and return to Shinjuku Babel.
- Note: You may want to find a party to help you while you are in Babel as the Doukan trial is incredibly difficult to solo.
- Note: Tyrant Surt, the boss of Doukan's trial, is weak to ice, so be sure to bring many Bufu/Bufula stones and at least two or three party members who can cast ice spells. This guy can take a severe beating, so if you're going for magic stones, make sure to get at least 50 or 60 per party member.
After this, Surt will ask you a question, with two answers: (NOTE: options may not be listed in the same order in-game; pay attention to the Japanese for the desired answers)
- Question: What, Demon Buster, do you aim to achieve by fighting?
- To achieve Peace - LAW Shift (平和を得る)
- To gain Freedom - CHAOS Shift (自由を得る)
- If you selected "Peace" on Question 1: When that day arrives, will you side with God or us Demons?
- God - LAW Shift
- Demons - CHAOS Shift (悪魔)
- If you selected "God" on Question 2: When you talk of the 'Rebirth of Tokyo', is it the Millennial Kingdom that you envision?
- Yes - LAW Shift
- No - CHAOS Shift
- If you selected "Freedom" on Question 1: You must choose a Freedom dictated by the ideologies of Demons!
- Choose a freedom dictated by demons - CHAOS Shift (悪魔による自由を選ぶ)
- Reject this kind of freedom - LAW Shift (悪魔による自由は選ばない)
- If you selected "Freedom dictated by demons" on Question 2: When you face God, will you take the side of the demons he banished?
- I will take their side. - CHAOS Shift (悪魔と手を組む)
- I will not. - LAW Shift (悪魔と手を組まない)
- If you selected "Reject this kind of freedom" on Question 2: Who will you stand with, the Savior or the Commune?
- The Commune. - No Shift (共同体社会)
- The Savior. - LAW Shift (救世主)
Finish the conversation and you'll get your first reward.
Talk to Lord Doukan next and he'll take you to Babel; speak to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed and get your second reward.

- Go to (Holy City of Arcadia / Souhonzan).
- Talk to the (Knight Templar / Gaian Priest) that guards (Judah / Doukan) room.
- Speak to (Judah / Doukan)
- You obtain (Judah's Plate / Doukan's Plate)
- Run to (Shibuya / Ichigaya)
- Talk to the Innocent.
- Fight (Uriel / Surt) and their minions.
- Talk to (Uriel / Surt) after battle.

- Upon completion of this act, new gifts are available at Yagigami.
