Fine Guard

A guard situated in Suginami Tunnels whose job it is to warn DBs about the dangers of the tunnels. He will give the player information about the dungeon, although he has never ventured into them himself.

Yagiya

Offers options to buy, repair equipment or exchange OOPTHS for Yagiya Reports. The Yagiya will also accept Glittering Ore and give the player a Revival Orb in return.
