You can give a Broken IC Chip to the Virtual Girl; she will fix it and load a hack program on it, returning a Hacked Chip A to you. This item is necessary for Hacked Chip A Run.
Behind her is the Virtual Battle space where you can access the Tutorial "Demon Buster Basic Training" quests. This area is only accessible after completing Act 1: A Demon Friend.
